The holiday house is situated 200m from the ski lift and a toboggan slide. For a big ski area, Warth and Schroecken (1500-2050 m)on the Alberg are situated within 12 km. Here 60 km of ski track are available. Then in the direct surrounding there is 100 km of langlauf available. One can have wonderful hikes, mountain biking, rafting etc. in this area during the summer period.
The following is available in the direct surrounding of the holiday home : Funpark (paiment): (volleyball, basketball, rollerskate rink etc.,), playground, 2 tenniscourts, minigolf, football field, 2 cafes, bakery, 3 sports shops, 2 supermarkets, various restaurants. Rental of skis, cross country skis, snowboard, sledge, rollerskates and mountainbikes possible. A fondu set, flashlights for nightstrolls (winter) and a grill (summer) can be rented from the home owner. It became a luxurious 5 star hotel belonging to the Relaix & Chateaux group. Luxnachmühle was awarded the Most beautiful hotel in Austria award in 2003. It was regularly frequented by members of government and captains of industry.
Today you can stay at this country estate and enjoy all its facilities. The residence is 1150 m2 and can only be described by superlatives. There are 5 luxury 2 person bedrooms, 7 suites and 13 ultra luxurious bathrooms. All rooms have their own bathroom, safe, minibar, satellite TV and radio with CD player. All suites, some with a four poster bed, have a separate living area and a separate bedroom. Some suites have an open fireplace and some have several bathrooms. The furniture comes from many different parts of the world. There are Italian bathrooms, authentic Greek baths, French tiles and much more.
At Luxnachmühle you can enjoy the benefits of a wellness centre. It is divided over three floors with every luxury provided. There is a sauna, luxury Turkish steam bath, beauty salon and massage. You will be occupying one part of the house, while the friendly lady owner of the house lives on the other side. This large accommodation (450 m2) covers the ground, first and second floor and is ideal for families travelling together or bigger parties. For instance, the house is equipped with a professional kitchen and with no less than 12 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Alle bedrooms on the 1st floor have their own bathroom with shower/toilet/sink. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor have shared showers and toilets. On top of that, there is an infrared sauna (2 persons) on the second floor, which is wonderful after a long day's walk through the mountains. The furnishing is very cosy and comfortable.
