Balmoral is located on a hill dominating the city, offering a unspoilable view to you on Spa and the Lake Warfaaz. The lake is located at less than 5 minutes of walk of the lodging and the possibility offers to you of making pedal boat or canoeing. Installation is modern and quite neat. The living room is decorated of an open fire and opens on one of the large terraces giving to the south. You will have of a large garden enclosed (6000 m ) with barbecue and a splendid interior swimming pool and space of relaxation.
Characteristics
This splendid villa is located on a large ground where also the residence of the owner is. In the house, there is a small private apartment. The superb swimming pool whose payment is to be consulted, is closed 2:00 /day for cleaning.

Groups of young people, student parties and bachelor parties are prohibited. This is to guarantee the continued excellence of the house.
The customer is obliged to respect the rented holiday home, its belongings and immediate surroundings. This includes the noise level. If the customers behaviour is provocative, gives rise to problems or causes nuisance due to noise, the owner has the right, without notification or compensation, to demand that the customer vacates the holiday home immediately.

This and the delightful garden will invite you to spend a lot of time outdoors. Inside the house, the open fireplace is the perfect place for a drink on winter evenings.
The house is in a perfect position for exploring the region on long, refreshing walks. There are many excellent walking and mountain bike routes. The brewery in the village of Achouffe is the home of the famous La Chouffe unfiltered blonde beer. The village has many attractive bars and pavement cafes. A visit is highly recommended. Anglers will enjoy the pond at the Taverne La Grange where trout are plentiful. There is a heated open-air swimming pool in La Roche and an indoor swimming pool in Houffalize. Both are just a few kilometres away. The River Ourthe is not far. It is perfect for kayaking.
The Baraque Fraiture and La Roche ski-areas are nearby. The holiday home is excellent in winter for skiers and cross-country skiers.
Houffalize, on the River Ourthe, has pleasant restaurants, pavement cafes, an indoor swimming pool and the Houtopia Childrens World. La Roche, with its attractive little streets and historic fort, is well worth a visit. Read more ... |
