The country house directly situated in village Bordils consists of 2 parts, to know Can Tallada for 18 persons (ES-17462-02) and the former serving house Cala Maria for 8 persons, both with its own entrance. The two houses for 26 persons in total are ideal for incentives, weddings (limited on request with the house owner due to noise), cooking courses or a family reunion. On request, your stay can be filled with a wonderful dinner, prepared at the house by a professional chef.
Bordils is a peaceful village, within 30km from the coast, where you can enjoy the beaches in Begur and Pals Platja. Pals are a mediaeval village, where time has truly stood still, and where you can find beautiful earthenware. The airport is within a short distance (15km), so that a stay in Can Tallada and/or Cala Maria is very suitable for a short stay. Even Barcelona is within 1 hours drive.

On request an extra guest house (70 m2) can be rented consisting of a kitchenette, a bedroom, a sitting room (fire place, stereo) and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).

The village is at the foot of the Catalan Pyrenees in the Alt Bergueda region. You can arrange excursions from the village to the Pedraforca Mountain, the village of Castellar de Nhug and many other interesting places. There are many examples of fine Romanesque art in the area. The La Molina ski station in Cerdanya is only 20 km away. Barcelona is around 1.5 hour away, as is Girona. You can also visit the Jardines Artigas, in the same village, created in the 20th century by the famous architect Antoni Gaudi.
The local cuisine is well worth savouring. The local delicacies such as sliced meats, cheeses and marmalades are highly recommended. And there are many good restaurants.
The castle was erected on the ruins of a fort of the Mataplana dynasty built around 1297 A.D. The beautiful original walls were kept and the floor is made of solid oak. The decor is based on pure white in order to show the character of the stone and oak to its full advantage. All rooms are very spacious. For instance, one pleasant, comfortable room is 70 m2. There is a dining room with a large table, a well equipped kitchen and 9 large bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The smallest is 20m2 and the biggest 35 m2. The water therapy area with spa and Hammam is on the ground floor. Here you can enjoy the Turkish bath, surrounded by natural stone walls and ceilings with beautiful arches. | Holiday home for : 20 (personen) | Casa Oasis (400 m) is a transformed former Cortijo (farm) from the 19th century, which has been completely renovated to modern standards, whilst retaining as much as possible of its former charm. The rooms have high ceilings and old wooden beams. The decoration exudes a typical Spanish atmosphere too. The group accommodation for 20 persons maximum is located in Almendricos, in the south of the province of Murcia, 2.5 km from the village. There is a beach volleyball field. Almendricos is a small, still very authentic Spanish village with nice bars and restaurants and three supermarkets. The outdoor discotheque Molineta, only open during the summer season on Wednesday nights, is an experience for young and old.
The beach lovers will find various beaches at half an hour's drive like e.g. San Juan, which has not yet been taken over by mass tourism. You will find nice restaurants and terraces here. The light slope of the beach makes it very suitable for children. The new boulevard built end 2005 completes the view. A visit by train from Almendricos to the beaches of Aguilas is definitely recommended. There is a water paradise in Garrucha.
Almendricos is located in a fertile valley with a small mountain range on both sides and lots of citrus orchards. You will also find many almond trees here, whose blossoms mid-March are something you should have seen once in your life. The mountains change from green in spring to sparse in the heart of summer, but still offer a huge variety of wild spices and flowering plants all year round. The fauna is very diversified and bird watchers in particular will see many special birds here. And the mountains house foxes, tortoises and hares for example.
You can make fabulous racing- or mountain bike trips in the region. You can go to the nature areas 'La Jara' at 10 km, the Sierra Espuña at 40 km or the Sierra de Maria at 35 km where you can visit the caves. There are also various well-signposted walking paths in these nature areas.
Golfers will find golf courses in Turre, Mojacar, Los Gallardos, Cuebas del Almanzora and soon the new fabulous 27 holes mountain course near Purias. The diving schools in Aguilas will take you diving in one of the most beautiful underwater areas of the Mediterranean. The region also offers climbing, sailing, parasailing, quad rides and horse riding. The owners will gladly inform you of the various possibilities.
In short, from your base "Casa Oasis" there is a lot to do, and in the evenings you can reminisce on another beautiful day in the region of Almendricos.

The Mansion Bersocano is situated on a 240 ha. large olive orchard, approx. 1,5 km. outside the village. The mansion belongs to a still active farm in where oil is produced from olives in an ecological way. Given the fact that the olives are transported to the factory directly after the harvest, you will not notice any of this. The owners agriculture farm lies next to the house. Here one mainly works indoors. But there are a number of animals in this farm such as chicken, pigs and turkeys. Mansion Bersocano has been fully renovated in 2003 and furnished by the owner in a rustic style and of a good standard. The location of the mansion is very quiet, as a result of which you will deliciously settle down during your holiday. Nicely lounge about at the large swimming pool (8 x 15 m.), enjoying the sunset on your lounge bed on the terrace, nicely light the barbeque and prepare a wonderful meal are all part of the options of a relaxing holiday. But you can of course also look for the crowd by taking a cultural visit to for example Sevilla (approx. 115 km.), Cordoba (approx. 100 km.) and Granada (approx. 130 km.). The area is excellent for hiking trips and beautiful biking trips in case you want to be active.

The manor house, which was inhabited before by one of the wealthy families of the town, is restore in an old style, whereby the rustic details have been kept.. Due to its fully detached situation, all the rooms have daylight on four sides.
The house was restored with the aim to make it suitable for countryside tourist and meet rigorous huis is gerestaureerd met als doel het geschikt te maken standards and is ethnic as well as decorative, functional as well as practical furnished.
The house is divided into 3 duplex apartments. Each apartment is very well furnished, have a fully equipped kitchen and a courtyard or balcony with a barbeque. The house has more childrens pools, cots, wash machine, ironing board and round table games. The apartments are connected with each other via an indoor stairway. The dining and living room of the apartment 1 can then function as common space.

The warehouse can still be seen today as it has been exceptionally well maintained over the years. There are 3 independent, large apartments (100m2 each) in this building, which are rented together for 16 persons. Ideal for 2 or 3 families, who keep their own facilities but can enjoy the terraces, garden and swimmingpool alltogether. There's a 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and two 3-bedroom apartments on the first and second floors. All have been refurbished in a typical Mallorcan style and much of the original features have been conserved or reproduced in line with the original building, using local materials where possible. Every apartment has its own terrace or balcony and is luxury furnished. There is a large garden, a swimmingpool, several terraces and a patio. The house is surrounded by fields or orange trees and almond trees.
Activities in the surroundings include cycling, the Llubi area is located in a very flat area, close to many small villages. The nearest golf course is in Aucanada, approx. 20mins. by car. The fabulous Tramuntana mountains are only 15 mins. by car. Every year Llubi celebrates several 'fiesta's' or festivals, one of them the 'Fira de la mel' (honey fare) in November, which is an excellent oppurtunity to savor some of the more exotic and perfumed honeys which are produced across the Balearic Islands.
