And in summer too La Tzoumaz offers enough possibilities like fishing, mountain biking, swimming and climbing.

It is close to the ski-lift, 60 metres from Tracouet cable-car going to Mont-Fort (the starting point for some memorable walks) and 200 metres from the resort.
Your apartment (ca. 110m2) benefit from all the modern conveniences and is tastefully fitted out. A magnificent region to explore with a remarkable panoramic view from the summit of Mont Fort (also for non skiers) and an unbroken view of Roseblanche, rising to 3336 metres. There are activities and events to suit all tastes. Mountain-biking along the signposted paths (around Mont Fort), walks (Les Bisses: maintained paths with not too many hills and much appreciated). In winter there is a skiing area of more than 410 km of runs and 3 snow parks. This mountain range includes "the Dom" (4545 m), the highest mountain of Switzerland. The cottage Piccolo consists of a large apartment (approx. 160 m2) for 10 persons and a studio (approx. 35 m2) for 2 persons. The cottage is located between Saas Grund and Saas Almagell in a nice rural environment. You can't drive with your car until the holiday home, but the houseowner will help you with your luggage. You can park your car on a parkingplace at ca. 150m from the holiday home. The famous resort Saas Fee is only 4 km away.
In Saas-Grund and region, both sporty types and tranquillity seekers will find what they need. Winter in the Saastal is fully dedicated to "winter sports". Saas-Fee offers suitable runs for every skier (up to 3500 m). The smaller ski areas like Saas-Grund and Saas-Almagell definitely also have their charms. You will reach the ski areas by ski bus in 15 min. Besides skiing, you can also langlauf, walk, sleigh and skate here.
In summer you can discover more than 300 km walking routes in the Saastal. Besides walking, you can also go mountain climbing, mountain biking, toboganing, mini golfing, play tennis or indulge in cultural activities like visiting the "Alpin Music Festival". In approx. 1 hour by car you will reach the world famous spa resort Zermatt, the Aletsch world heritage site, the thermal baths of Leukerbad and Brigerbad, Sion (the capital of the Wallis province) or the vineyards of the Rhone valley.
